About Camilla Dayyani

She is a Danish/Iranian singer, composer, arranger

January 2024, she released her latest album bringing her musical roots together in a suit of music played by a ten-piece orchestra consisting of an international cast of musicians representing both classical European music, jazz and Persian folklore.

Brought up with to cultures Camilla finds herself in the field of cultures coming together. Apart from playing music that melts genres, she also works as an international consultant in the field of music education worldwide.

Locally in her hometown Aarhus she founded a music association called BAZARJAZZ that presents concerts of high artistic quality in a diverse area of town. The music is Jazz that meets the world.
Camilla has released five albums, and she is the voice of a very popular children’s series of music video with Danish children songs called SANGSKATTEKISTEN

Camilla started her career in the more traditional jazz field on her first albums. She wrote Music for children and now she is more and more spending time on writing music in collaboration with various partners. Her personal voice and style is found in the middle of her roots, somewhere between Jazz, Nordic and Persian music.

Camilla Dayyani is engaged in many activity in the Danish Music Society. She is head of the board in the two following Music Associations
